User accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
Bookings and deposits
Reservations may require a deposit. Deposits secure your spot and unlock additional Bleisr features such as messaging and trip details.
Hosts and guests
Hosts curate experiences and are responsible for the quality of their groups. Guests agree to participate respectfully and follow Bleisr community standards.
Vendors and merchants
Vendors and merchants must accurately represent their services and honor commitments made to hosts and guests.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. You agree to their terms in addition to ours.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by Bleisr. Refer to each Bleisr's terms before booking.
Prohibited activity
Harassment, fraud, illegal activity, and misrepresentation are prohibited and may result in account termination.
Limitation of liability
Bleisr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or attendance of any experience.
