By using Bleisr, you agree to the following terms.

Platform Role

Bleisr acts as a platform that facilitates connections between hosts, guests, co-hosts, vendors, and merchants. Bleisr does not directly own or operate the experiences listed on the platform.

Payments & Escrow

All payments made through Bleisr are securely processed and held in escrow until the experience is confirmed and delivered. Funds are released according to platform rules to ensure both guest protection and fair compensation for hosts and partners.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued based on cancellation timing, host policies, or platform review. Bleisr reserves the right to evaluate disputes and issue refunds when necessary to protect users and maintain platform integrity.

User Conduct

All users are expected to act in good faith. Fraudulent behavior, misrepresentation, or attempts to bypass the platform may result in removal or account suspension.

Verification

Bleisr may conduct identity and background verification checks on users including hosts, co-hosts, and guests to maintain safety and trust within the platform.
